How to share a GroupWise folder
How do I create a shared folder in GroupWise

Sharing a folder with someone allows the other person to see that folder from within their GroupWise Account. 

To Create a new folder and share it

1 Highlight the Cabinet folder then click File then New then Folder. 
2 Select Shared then click next. 
3 Name the folder then click next. 
4 Type the name of the person you want to share the folder with 
    or click on the address book icon to find the person click Add User then click
    next. 
5 click finish 
6 You will be prompted to type a subject and a message. 
   This will send the user a message letting them know that you have shared a
    folder with them 
7 Once the user opens this message he or she will be prompted to accept the
   shared folder.

   Shared folders appear in GroupWise as a yellow folder with an icon of a person.

8 You can add as many people to your shared folder as you want. 

To share an existing folder

1 Highlight the folder you wish to share then click File then Sharing.
2 Under the Sharing Tab select Shared With.
3 Type the name of the person you wish to share the folder with or click the 
   address book icon, find the person, double click their name and click ok to
   save.
4 The persons name should now appear in the Share List. 
5 Click OK to save.
