Printing Address Lists
How do I print address lists
To print address lists

1. From the GroupWise client open up the Address Book.
2. Click the address book that contains the entries you want to print.
3. Do a Ctrl+click or Shift+click to select specific addresses.
    Or
    Make no selections if you want to print the entire address book.
4. Click File then Print.
5. If prompted, click Selected Items.
    Or
    Click Entire Address Book.
6. Make sure the Form tab is selected.
7. Click List in the Format group box.
8. From the Available Forms list box select a form to print.
    You can only print information that has been entered in the 
    address book fields. 
    If there is no information for a particular field, nothing will be printed
    for that field.
9. Click a paper size in the Form Size group box.
10. Click Portrait or Landscape in the Form Orientation group box.
11. Click the Content tab.
12. Depending on what you selected to print in Step 7, you might be 
      able to select and deselect the fields you want to print.
13. Click Font if you want to change the font then click OK when done.
14. Click the Options tab to select additional options.
15. Click Preview to see how the list will look.
16. Click Print.
